This was the first time I used Book2park. It was affordable, and the service was outstanding. I arrived at the Hilton early because I was not familiar with the protocol. The attendant was courteous, timely, and professional. He told me the procedures (which were simple). The shuttle driver was timely, helped me with my luggage, and drove me to the airport. Upon my return and once I retrieved my luggage, I called the Hotel for shuttle service. I had to wait about 20 minutes, as there was some confusion about my location. Nevertheless, the driver again helped with my luggage, and I was dropped off at my car. Again, the driver assisted me with my luggage. I've already made reservations for a January 2024 trip. For sure, Book2park will be my #1 choice for parking!!!
