When we arrived, they were friendly & quick with the intake. The parking space was well lit and easy to find. The shuttle driver was immediately ready to take us.
Returning, they were very friendly and accommodating to us in the cold weather. The shuttle driver was friendly, and offered to drop us right at the car vs. the hotel to minimize our exposure to the weather.
