I've parked at this location on several occasions. I haven't parked mostly recently and found two new changes. The van has been upgraded and the location for pickup at the airport is now in a more convenient location. The new location is at the terminal level door 4U! This is definitely an improvement, as the pickup/baggage claim drive thru gets very congested at times and makes it hard to maneuver through. I am happy that they are constantly making improve to the process. This will allow customers to be able to rely on having a safe parking space and able to go to and from the airport in a timely manner. Also, the driver for the company is so nice, friendly and thoughtful. He makes the trip to and from the airport, a pleasant experience.
