This place is an excellent option for parking! I have used this location several times in the past year and they don�t disappoint at all. The first couple times I had the same front desk lady who always seems to be in a bad mood, but the last couple of times I got two very friendly and kind front desk people who were pleasant. The shuttle vans are always punctual and they get to the hotel sometimes earlier, but they always wait until the hour or half hour to leave the hotel to the airport. Just make sure that you time yourself to give yourself a few minutes to go to the front desk, write your information etc before catching the van. I always get there at least15 minutes before the hour or half an hour and that�s plenty of time. The drivers are always cordial and helpful. The pick up from the airport is good as well. There have been times that I was lucky and the van came fast but there were time that I had to wait a little. I don�t think I ever had to wait more than 15 minutes for pick up. Once you get your bags just call the hotel and they either send you the van or let you know when the van will be there. This last time that I was there my flight got delayed and I ended up arriving at 1:30am. I called the hotel and the front desk person said that their driver had just left but they called Sheraton, which is the hotel next door and the guy told me that I could get the Sheraton van to get back. It was great! The only downside was that I had to go from the lower level where they usually pick up passegers to the upper level where the Sheraton van picks up passengers. Even the front desk guy said he didn�t know why the Sheraton van parked there, but the good thing was that once I got there the van was already there loading other people so I did t have to wait at all. Lastly, even though it�s an open parking lot my car was always safe and I never had any problems. I�ve parked next to the entrance and eleven in the far back of the hotel when there was no parking space closer and I never had any issues with my car at all. I�ve also left my car there for over a week at times and everything was fine when I got back, even if it was a couple hours pass my reservation time. Overall, this is a great place to leave your car and the drivers and shuttle availability makes it even better. This is always my 1st choice when traveling from BWI.
