ARRIVAL INFORMATION
When entering you must see attendant; then proceed to park from the 9th floor and above. Upon parking take elevator down to the 8th floor and check in with the attendant. Check-in is mandatory! Vehicles that do not register are subjected to being fined or towed.
All vehicles must park from the 9th level and above. Any vehicles parked on the levels below will be subjected to fines or towing.
At the time of check-in, you must provide us with your RESERVATION INFORMATION, NUMBER OF GUEST (S) TRAVELING WITH YOU, NAME OF SHIP, AND LICENSE PLATE NUMBER.
Check-in begins at 10:30 AM for departing cruises. The first shuttle leaves the garage to port at 11:00 am.
The Last shuttle leaves the garage at 2:30 PM; if you arrive after hours, you may park on the 8th floor and arrange for private transportation to the Port of Miami via UBER, LYFT, or Taxi.
The shuttle is COMPLEMENTARY and transports 4 passengers MAX per reservation. IF YOUR GROUP IS OVER 4 PEOPLE, YOU MUST DROP THEM AT THE PORT.

Upon returning from cruise, please follow guidelines provided by your driver. Upon arriving from your cruise, you must report to the designated pick up area to ensure proper pick up. If you do not see our shuttles, please immediately call the number on the provided document (given to you at the parking location) to report arrival.

My 1st time using this company. Very close to the Port of Miami. There was a bit of confusion with the address not matching when going in, plus person at entry didn�t speak English so couldn�t really answer an initial question. Regardless everything went smoothly. They organized the guest into which ship they are cruising per van. Returning on Pick up day was easy they pulled up & I didn�t have to wait. Our driver was wonderful, helping with my mobility scooter along with my baggage. I will use them again when I cruise next month (I usally cruise from Ft Lauderdale)

The location was great only minutes from port the shuttle service took about 24 minutes wait and we had to wait for the 3rd van and had to jump to get on not organized people would jump in front of us and we had to wait for the next. Over all I would use this parking again.
