I've used this parking service in the past. The price is very good but I waited way too long for airport pickup (e.g. I was told 10-15 min but had to wait nearly an hour). This time it was much better (was told 20-25 min and they got there in about 24 min). I'll return.

I was a bit concerned when I read the negative reviews on here about using the Quality Inn & Suites Indy to park and ride, but I can tell you that my experience was fine. I arrived at the hotel and found the lobby jam packed. I guess they had overbooked the hotel and had quite a few people waiting for rooms. This did not affect me though. I was able to get in and go right to the counter. The girl informed me that the shuttle driver was on site. There were a couple of other people in the van including a truck driver that needed a ride over to a local trucking depot. This is the reason for the 4 instead of 5-star review. It took an extra 10-15 minutes for us to take him to the depot before we headed to the airport. I think it should have been done in reverse since airplanes don't wait, but trucks probably do. Anyway, I was at the airport in plenty of time for my flight. I returned on Saturday night about 9:30. I called the hotel as I was walking to baggage claim. About 10 minutes later the hotel called asking me if I was where I was supposed to be for pickup. I was still waiting on a bag but the driver was there waiting for me. He waited for me to get my bag and go to the van. Drove me straight back to the hotel and parked right behind my car. Couldn't have asked for a better experience for this price. Will definitely use them again.

The shuttle van should have at least a magnetic sign on the door to be able to identify it at the airport as the right van to pick us up. This wasted some of the drivers time and our time since we did not know he was already there to pick us up. Otherwise all was fine.
