Getting to the airport from the hotel is usually quick, with little to no wait time. But getting picked up at the airport upon your return is not as fast. Took 20-25 minutes after I called for a pick-up from baggage claim for the hotel van to arrive at the airport. Hotel is about a 10-minute drive from airport.

I had an issue with the shuttle for the particular hotel we parked at, causing me to give an initial review of 1 star. Because of the great response of Book2Park to my review (prompt communication offering to make things right), I am changing my review to 4 stars. I still will not park at the Quality Inn Indianapolis Airport, but I will use another Book2Park facility near the Indianapolis Airport. Kudos on the great customer support from Book2Park!

Cost, proximity to airport and convenience are great! Shuttle van to the airport needs major work as two warning lights on dash were illuminated and seats were torn and in need of replacement. Return trip was in a different vehicle, all appeared to be working properly and was in much better shape and condition.
