The check in process is quick and simple, the driver of the shuttle is courteous and helpful. They only have one shuttle though, so if the shuttle is at the airport picking someone up and you arrive, you have to wait for it to return. Give yourself plenty of time with this! So far we have not had this issue and used them twice and will continue to do so! Our car has been safely stored. Last time their shuttle was having a tire changed, so they had us take a lyft and quickly reimbursed us upon arrival. Slightly inconvenient as the process took a lot longer than the shuttle would have, but we were not in a hurry so it was not a problem. A heads up notification would have been ideal, hence why I cannot give it the full 5 stars.
