I may have missed it in the info, but we went to the regular pickup point for passengers, but needed to go to the hotel pick up area. That was our only issue. Will definitely use and tell our friends.

Will park here again. Drivers were courteous and helpful with luggage. Parking set up was very easy. Paid in advance and driver loaded luggage and I could leave without going in to settle a bill.

Reserved on line. Was able to extend my reservations on line as well. Very easy to do. Shuttles ran on time and driver very courteous and polite. Convenient parking. Reasonable rates. Will use again

Very convenient nd very close to CVG. It is only 5-6 min from the terminal and was very timely to pick up.

Great staff. Very accommodating. Shuttle arrived within the time frame I was given when I called for pickup at the airport. Driver was lively and talkative. I would recommend. I did leave a 2 for lot conditions. I arrived to a muddy parking lot due to some remodeling.
