As usual, I had a good experience. The representative at the front desk at the hotel was very polite and helpful. The shuttle bus left promptly after I registered. If you are renting a car, please let the shuttle bus driver know, so he can drop you off at the appropriate spot. My car was parked for 4 days. I didn't have any issues. My experience with Book2park.com was great! The customer service representative was very helpful. I walked in and registered. After that, I went placed my red info tag in my car window. I came back and the CSR immediately took me to the airport and dropped me off. Also, I receive the same service on my return. The van came around within a good time frame, so I didn't have wait that long. I will for sure be using there services again.
