Upon your arrival, please check in at the front desk by presenting your booking confirmation on your phone or printed.
Please park only in the designated parking area on the premises as directed by hotel personnel.
Airlines suggest arriving at the airport 2 hours preflight, so please be sure to arrive at the parking facility before this 2-hour window. To ensure timely arrival to the airport, please arrive no less than 1 hour before the top of the hour for check-in and processing to avoid any delays.
Transfer
Shuttle runs from 4:00 AM to 1:00 AM every hour on the hour (4:00 AM, 5:00 AM, 6:00 AM, etc.) to the airport.
Please note that there is no shuttle service between 1:00 AM and 4:00 AM. Also cruise shuttle service is not available.
Return
After you have collected your luggage and are ready to be picked up, please call the hotel at 954-967-9063. Hotel staff will instruct you on where to meet the shuttle at the airport.
Please keep in mind that during busy periods, there may be a 30 to 60 minute wait for shuttle pickup at the airport.

All reservations cannot be changed or cancelled within 24 hours of the parking reservation arrival date. Cancellations can be made prior to the 24-hour window by signing into your account and cancelling any current reservation. Book2park.com applies a 10% cancellation fee to the amount paid for any cancellations. No cancellations will be provided after your reservation date has passed or on the day of your reservation. No refunds will be given for unused or partially used reservations.
