My returning flight reached Birmingham late night on December 23. I was afraid I would need an Uber to pick up my car, but the Ramada Inn shuttle met me at the airport just before 11 pm and took me back to my parking place. I was very glad to hear the driver on the phone when I touched down!

I can’t express how thankful I am to have the option to park at the Ramada Inn BHM! As someone who lives far outside the city and doesn’t always have someone to drive me to the airport, this service has truly been a lifesaver. It’s incredibly convenient, reliable, and has made my travel experience so much smoother. I know some folks might hesitate because of the location, but let me tell you—I've been parking here for over five years and have never had a single issue. Not one! The peace of mind this place gives me is priceless. The staff inside the hotel are always warm and welcoming, and the shuttle drivers? Super courteous and always on time—usually within 15 minutes or less! The price is unbeatable, and I sincerely hope the Ramada continues offering this amazing service. Thank you for making travel easier and stress-free. I’ll definitely be back again soon!
