Cancellations can be made prior to the 24-hour window by signing into your account and cancelling any current reservation. The entire process from online parking reservations to checkin to shuttle were excellent. I have no complaints and would definitely recommend book2park.com at Hilton Garden Inn RDU Airport. My only suggestion is to make sure you get on the HGI RDU Airport shuttle upon return as there are two HGI�s with shuttles. The other one is HGI RTP.
