Cancellations can be made prior to the 24-hour window by signing into your account and cancelling any current reservation. No refunds will be given for unused or partially used reservations. I had a great experience using Book2Park for parking at the Hilton Garden Inn RDU near Raleigh-Durham International Airport. I highly recommend this shuttle service. The shuttle was there & ready for us, upon departure going to the airport. Also the shuttle was at airport waiting for us, upon returning back to the airport. No one bothered our vehicle while we left it at the hotel. I would say the hotel could use more outside lights all around the building. I would definitely use them again for parking & shuttle to the airport.

This is the first time I parked at the Hilton. I usually Uber but they have gotten so expensive I thought I would give this a try. It was awesome. The shuttle was ready to go in 5 minutes for a less than 5 minute drive to the airport. I also got there a little early so I had a quick breakfast in the care before I headed to the airport which was delicious. No more Ubers to the airport. I will definitely park at the Hilton again.

I would highly recommend this location for a Book2Park reservation. The cost is reasonable, the shuttle service is timely and professional and the location cannot be beat.
