Parking Instructions: Please park along the tree line eaither at the side or the back of the hotel. Enter the lobby to do a brief parking check-in at front desk.
All reservations cannot be changed or cancelled within 24 hours of the parking reservation arrival date. Cancellations can be made prior to the 24-hour window by signing into your account and cancelling any current reservation. Book2park.com applies a 10% cancellation fee to the amount paid for any cancellations. No cancellations will be provided after your reservation date has passed or on the day of your reservation. No refunds will be given for unused or partially used reservations. If your stay extends beyond your reservation dates and times, you may be charged for any additional hours or days that were not paid for when you booked your reservation online. Check-in was easy. Front desk and driver were nice and friendly. The parking spots seems safe and location is close to the airport. No complaints. I also received an email when reservation is about to end offering an extension if needed. I have not tried extending my reservation so I couldn't say if there are any issues with the parking since you do get a paper on your dashboard showing your check-in and check-out date.

Easy checkin with parking available right next to the hotel. Quick and courteous shuttle to and from the airport. They emailed us a pickup reminder and offered us the opportunity to extend late in our trip. All we had to do after a 10 hour trip from Ireland was put our luggage in the trunk and drive home. I will definitely use this again!
