Overall a very positive experience. When we left for the airport there was a large traffic jam on I-94 so the driver used service roads to get us to the Southwest terminal in a timely fashion. On the return trip my only complaint is that fellow passengers at the North terminal weren't ready with their bags at the curb when the van arrived. Common courtesy would be to wait and call for the shuttle once you have acquired your bags at baggage claim, as I did. Still, the wait for others wasn't too long.
