Travelers booking outside of normal shuttle hours must arrange their own transportation to and from BNA International Airport. Return Travelers arriving outside of normal shuttle hours must arrange their own return transportation from BNA International Airport.
Upon your arrival, please register your vehicle at the hotel front desk, where you will receive an identification tag to place on your dashboard.
Shuttle runs from 4:10 AM to 12:10 PM, departing every hour at 10 minutes past the hour. Please note that there is no shuttle service from 12:10 AM to 4:10 AM.
After you have collected your luggage and are ready to be picked up, please call the hotel front desk at 615-265-0406 to arrange your return shuttle, ensuring this pickup was scheduled at least 12 hours in advance.
