Shuttle Hours: Arrival Transfer Guests must book their shuttle at least one hour in advance by calling the front desk at 615-391-3919. Please plan to arrive at the shuttle stop at least 10 minutes early, as shuttles depart on time. Please note that the shuttle is not wheelchair accessible.
Upon your arrival, please check in at the front desk to complete a liability waiver and receive your parking pass. During check-in, the front desk will call the shuttle so it is ready for you as soon as your paperwork is complete.
Shuttle runs from 4:20 AM to 12:00 PM daily, with departures every 20 minutes, and the last shuttle leaves at 11:45 PM.
