Shuttles pick-ups from the airport are on an on-call basis. The agent will advise you with an estimated time for pick-up. Please be advised, we may only dispatch a shuttle until you have landed, received your luggage and arrived at ground transportation.

All reservations cannot be changed or cancelled within 24 hours of the parking reservation arrival date. Cancellations can be made prior to the 24-hour window by signing into your account and cancelling any current reservation. No refunds will be given for unused or partially used reservations. Overall a very positive experience. When we left for the airport there was a large traffic jam on I-94 so the driver used service roads to get us to the Southwest terminal in a timely fashion. On the return trip my only complaint is that fellow passengers at the North terminal weren't ready with their bags at the curb when the van arrived. Common courtesy would be to wait and call for the shuttle once you have acquired your bags at baggage claim, as I did. Still, the wait for others wasn't too long.
