It took way to long to be picked up on our return Book2park response: Thank you for the time spent on writing your review and letting us know how your experience was. We will be communicating with the Hampton Inn Philadelphia Airport's upper management to ensure that their shuttle is always provided in time and avoid this from happening again.

After we called it took almost a full hour for the shuttle To come and pick us up from the airport!!! When I called them again after 30!!! Min they put me on hold for 15!!! Min...
