After we called it took almost a full hour for the shuttle To come and pick us up from the airport!!! When I called them again after 30!!! Min they put me on hold for 15!!! Min... Book2park response: Thank you for the time spent on writing your review and letting us know how your experience was. We have communicated with the Hamptonn inn's upper management to ensure that their shuttle is always provided in time and avoid this from happening again.
