Convenient facility with easy access for us coming into the city off I-66, helpful front desk and frequent shuttle to DCA. Great price, too...ideal parking solution for a long-weekend trip to attend a wedding. Shuttle departure is from Embassy Suites is supposed to be on the :05, :25, and :45, In our case, this worked out to a pickup for us at DCA at about 20 minutes before the hour upon our return, so it seems to be as advertised.

Excellent service and very smooth process. I didn't have any hassle . Just checked with front desk and in few minutes I could park the car. Secured and Covered Indoor parking space. Shuttle service as published every 20 minutes. Pick up from the airport was also Excellent. I had parked in the late afternoon and picked up around same time on a working day. One of the best place to park.

Excellent service. They communicate well and we had no problems with catching the shuttle, both from the hotel and the airport. A warning though - if your shuttle picks up at 10:05, arrive at least 2-3 minutes early, since our 10:05 shuttle left at 10:04, about 30 seconds before we arrived at the shuttle pickup location. Our mistake for cutting it so close. Luckily we allowed plenty of time before our flight, so the next shuttle, which arrived 20 minutes later, still got us to the airport in plenty early enough.
