The experience was perfect. The shuttle services were good while arrival and departure. They had a common radio communication going on so they can improvise when someone needs immediate assistance due to unscheduled change. Drivers of the shuttles were good to provide the hospitality.

This was the first time I used this service. On the trip to the airport, they had a hard time locating the shuttle driver, so it was 20 minutes late. While I was waiting in the lobby, one of the managers was chewing out an employee behind the counter. I did not feel that was the proper place to do that, she should have taken him to her office. Then the driver showed up and he was not a pleasant man. So my initial impression was not good. However, the shuttle ride from the airport was on time and he was very nice. Considering the price and location, I would use this service again.
