Convenient, well-lighted, ground-level parking spaces. The # of CCTV monitors at the front desk, covering all aspects of the parking area, looked like something from NASA flight control. Parking area is NOT fenced-in, covered, or protected, and your vehicle is NOT protected from pedestrians. . .just like any motel parking lot. Shuttle delivery and pickup was quick. Nothing glitzy. . .just good value.

Our objective to find the best ($)deal for parking at Hobby Airport was met. The following would make this business more appealing: Provide instructions on your website about how to use the service and what to expect when you arrive to drop off your car and return to pick up your car. Better signage at the site and on your shuttle bus (i.e. mini van). Make the place look more like a parking lot. The gentleman who drove us back and forth to Hobby was awesome! Great customer service.
