This experience was much better than my last. I found that the personal was much friendly this go round. I just which they do not smoke in the shuttle van and it they did not smoke, at least have some air freshener, but overall, it was great.

When I first arrived I a little sceptical it was a hotel with a parking lot. Not what I expected at all. I parked and the Van came to pick us up. I left my doors unlocked on the car. The driver reassured me that rhe parking lot was safe and he would lock my doors for me. I was very grateful. The driver was beyond nice and he kept his word. I was very pleased. Oh yeah the have lot of camaras lol.

Using the Book2Park App was a great experience. Reading the reviews helped me to make a decision to park at Hobby Airport Inn. I used airport parking lots before, but parking at Houston Airport Inn TOTALLY changed where I'm going to park in the future. Service was great! The price couldn't be beat! I paid a lot less parking at Houston Airport Inn than I did parking at the parking lot right next door. My vehicle was safe and in a well-lit parking lot.

Convenient, well-lighted, ground-level parking spaces. The # of CCTV monitors at the front desk, covering all aspects of the parking area, looked like something from NASA flight control. Parking area is NOT fenced-in, covered, or protected, and your vehicle is NOT protected from pedestrians. . .just like any motel parking lot. Shuttle delivery and pickup was quick. Nothing glitzy. . .just good value.
