It is my first time park my car at Hyatt Regency Reston. It is covered garage parking which is perfect for wintertime. The location is good and easy to find. The front desk staff and the driver were all good and attentive. The only issue is that the shuttle only runs once an hour. It leaves the hotel at 45 and leaves the IAD at top of the hour. If you miss that one, it means you have to wait another hour.
