The overall process was very smooth on-site, particularly when working with the hotel staff, who were all friendly, responsive, and knowledgeable. The only potential inconvenience is that the shuttle only runs once an hour. You can easily deal with this on the way to the airport by managing when you arrive at the hotel. On the return trip though, you have less control over timing, especially if you're waiting at baggage claim. We ended up taking an $18-20 Uber back to the hotel rather than wait another 50 minutes for the next shuttle.
