The buses need to be marked better! After our trip when we arrived at the airport, I called the number given for the hotel pick up. They told me to wait at the 2-H stop, I asked what the bus looked like, they said look for the bus that said Courtyard on it. A short wait and the "Courtyard Bus" showed up and we got on. The drive was taking much longer than the one we took to the airport, when I asked, it turns out we were on the wrong bus, there are 3 Courtyard hotels that have buses going to the airport. When we got back to the airport other people started getting on the bus we just got off, I mentioned to make sure it's the correct bus, turns out it was not the correct bus for them either. It ended up taking 2 hours to get to our car. The buses and drivers should make it clear exactly what hotel they are from.
