Making a reservation and checking in at the Courtyard Marriott Herndon was easy. There were traffic and communication issues upon return that left those of us who needed to get the shuttle to the Herndon Courtyard waiting almost an hour with confusing messages coming from the hotel when we called to find out what the delay was.
