All in all, it was a good idea to do this option than park at the airport. The downfall was the lack of friendliness of your feont desk folks and then when we called to get the shuttle, she said that it would be on the way. 20 min later, still no shuttle. We called at 5:49pm and they go every 30 min. At 6:14pm, still no shuttle and they are only a little over a mile a way. Her response, it does take them a bit. Not sure why if they were not deopping anyone off and they said to me on the first call that they would send the shuttle. No apologies, whatsoever either. The drivers were great and helpful. No issue with them, personally
