Overall I was veg pleased. It was easy to book my parking spot at the Crowne Plaza in Alexandria, VA. The only complaint I have is that when I was to be picked up from the airport by the hote shuttle, the shuttle driver simply slowed down and scanned the crowd on the sidewalk rather then pulling over to ask any travelers if they were going to the Crowne Plaza. I tried to get his attention as he drove by but he left. I called the hotel to let them know that I had been waiting and to ask them to tell the driver to be looking for me the next time he came around. I had to wait an additional half hour as a result. This is more a reflection of the hotel than of book2park.com but you should be aware of the service being provided by those you contract with.
