Everything was really good, the drivers were courteous, the process was easy. My only issue is that the shuttle is supposed to run every hour at 15 and 45. My issue is that i arrived to the pick up location, and was there for almost an hour in the freezing cold. Though i had been able to reach the hotel every other time called, This time, i couldnt get through. Long story short, i would use book2park again, but not with the same hotel. If i could get a Hilton or Marriot, There shuttles came very often.
