Employee had me Park my vehicle towards the back of the property whereas the was no light or security. When it was time to pick us up at the airport the same employee was late. When we called to find out how much longer we were told the driver should be pulling up as we were talking. It was another 20 minutes before the same lady we spoke with on the phone pulled up to pick us up. The motel was only 4 minutes away. We timed it on the way back. Then the employee had the never to have an attitude
