I liked this facility. They were having an event so we had to valet park but that worked out well. Be sure to have your extra set of keys just in case. We parked within a few minutes and were on a van to the port. Nice, easy and simple. The return was a bit more challenging but only because there are so many people. But, I called and another van was sent and arrived within 15 minutes. Upon arrival there was some confusion on the location of our cars but I told the driver that we had to valet. So, we were brought down and the valet slips were given to the employees that retrieved our cars within 10 minutes. Give yourself a little extra time to return, but that is to be expected. I had a good experience and I would use them again and recommend Best Cruise parking to others.
