My overall ratinf of the BOOK2Park experience at M MICROTELL Inn and Suites BWI was good. The staff were helpful, pleasant, and professional. My only concern was where we were required to park. It was tight and there was broken glass on the ground in one of the only parking spaces left for me to park. Otherwise, the services are just what was advertised. Thanks for getting me to my destination and ordering a prompt pickup for my arrival. I would certainly use the service again.
