Overall I was really happy! The man who shuttled me had a great personality which was calming as I had started my trip feeling stressed not due to the parking service at all. The women at the front desk was very kind as well; most of all, my car was as I left it, no scratches or dents and the speed and ease at which I was dropped off and picked up went smoothly. Although it wasn't there responsiblity, a brand new bottle of carpet cleaner that I had left at the front desk fearing it could explode in my car, was lost or taken. I will be extra impressed if they find it and mail it to me.????
