We had no issues. Parking attendant was there to direct us and when we returned from our 4 day trip, the car was just as we left it. The front desk staff and parking attendant were helpful and friendly. I�ll definitely park there again when flying from dca. The shuttle driver was friendly and we didn�t wait long for pick up or drop off. I called the hotel about pick up to make sure we were waiting in the right area, and that person was also very friendly and helpful. Plus the price can�t be beat, $7/day.
