My overall experience was good. The van driver on 7/3/18 (the day I dropped my vehicle off) was wonderful and very courteous. He got me to my designated airline departure area safe and on time. My issue was when I returned to pick up my vehicle (7/7/18). The van driver had a terrible disposition. I was waiting at the designated area, he drove right pass me. I called the front desk to ask if maybe there was another van and he wasn't supposed to stop... The front desk then contacted the driver in which he did loop back around to pick me up. I entered the vehicle and the driver said NOTHING!! He drove in complete silence mumbling every now and then at drivers he thought were not moving fast enough... He got me back safely to my vehicle, I got out and immediately went to the front desk to attendant to let him know of my displeasure with this particular driver. I explained I was not looking for a full blown conversation but a courtesy Good Morning or Morning would have been sufficient. To NOT UTTER A SINGLE WORD; I found that to be UNACCEPTABLE for the type of service that was being provided. Customer service is EVERYTHING and this driver dropped the ball big time on providing any semblance of that.
