Microtel worked out extremely well for us. Easy to find, we pulled up, went inside and desk attendant called van driver who pulled in about 5 minutes later. Took us to Southwest Terminal at BWI to catch our plane. Driver helped with our baggage and was very courteous. Upon return we followed directions and called Microtel after we had collected our luggage. The driver was at the pick up point in less than 10 minutes. He was courteous, good driver and helped with our luggage. Drove us right up to our car and put the luggage in the trunk. Excellent service! Of course a great deal also. We will use again.
