Parking process was easy. Shuttle to the airport was easy. Shuttle back was a bit annoying. They tell you to go to the upper level departing door 9. Baggage claim is on the lower level. Mostly near door 2-4, which means not only do you have to lug ALL of your luggage, plus a child up elevators/escalator, but you have to walk to the OTHER side of the airport to meet the shuttle van. This SUCKED! We didn't land until 10p and my son was already cranky and we had 2 HUGE suitcases plus a carseat. You try getting all that plus your child to the other side of the airport campus by yourself. Book2park response: We truly apologize for the inconveniences you experienced, this was not a good experience. We are sorry to know you are dissatisfied with the service. Airport regulations only allow ground transportation pick up at designated areas of the airport.
