I don't normally write reviews but I was extremely happy with the customer service & speed of everything at OMNI. I left my car for 10 days & everything was great from drop off to pick up. Your staff members are warm, friendly, & engaging. This was my first using a parking service in Orlando & I was nervous your lot was 5 miles out but the shuttle was fantastic & I had zero issues. I will definitely use your company again when I need to leave my car. THANKS! : )
