We had a good experience with Book2Park's customer service. We had to call them twice to make some minor changes to our booking and they were courteous and accommodating. The only negative I have is the hotel staff that managed the parking area was rather unprofessional. They were not unkind, but just looked sloppy. Other than that, all was good.
