The service is cheap but it was awful. Parking was a hassle then we missed the shuttle by 3 minutes because they were slow...on the return trip I called for pickup 3 times it took over an hour and they told me they would only take one of the two people in my party that we would have to continue to wait. A lot of people hanging out in the parking lot by the vehicles at 12am. Book2park response: Thank you for the time spent on writing your review and letting us know how your experience was. We will be communicating with the DFW Airport hotel and conference center's upper management to ensure that their shuttle is always provided in time as well with the customer service is provided as it should to avoid this from happening again.
