I was told to wait in one area by the hotel staff, but told to wait in another area by the shuttle driver, which is contradicting and caused me to stand in the cold/rain for more than an hour. I called the hotel three different times to find out why there had not been a shuttle to come pick me and was told they were on the way, but really they were not. They were not on time.
