I was told to wait in one area by the hotel staff, but told to wait in another area by the shuttle driver, which is contradicting and caused me to stand in the cold/rain for more than an hour. I called the hotel three different times to find out why there had not been a shuttle to come pick me and was told they were on the way, but really they were not. They were not on time. I will not be using this particular hotels shuttle service again. Book2park response: Thank you for the time spent on writing your review and letting us know how your experience was. We will be communicating with the Crowne Plaza Old Town Alexandria 's upper management to ensure that their shuttle is always provided in time and avoid this from happening again.
