Leaving for the trip, my husband and I had no problems. The shuttle was timely and the driver was courteous. Coming back was another story, as we were picking up our luggage, we called for the shuttle pick up. We had to wait 55 minutes for the shuttle (the van was unmarked) to get back to the hotel which was less than 2 miles away. It was very frustrating especially with being 6 months pregnant.
