We decided to stay for an extra week and called the phone number given to ask that the car reservation be extended. The representative was helpful and accommodating. However, when we arrived at the parking lot, the manager had no record that we had paid for the extra week. The manager didn't recognize the name of the rep who took the credit card info. The lot manager handled the situation well and said he would contact us if there was any payment problems. I would like to see better follow through between the two different areas of this company. We have used this company about 5 times and they keep improving their operation. Better pick up and the driver is friendly and courteous.
