Booking was easy, and the service just right. I love the professionalism by the staff and the proximity to the airport. On my return September 14, 2025, I injured my foot at the airport and without asking, the driver assisted me with my luggage to the car. Now that's going the extra mile. Thank you all for a great service!

When I took the shuttle it was at 6:30 a.m. and I was the only person on it. On the site it's at $8 to the airport per person when I got in the car I was told it was $15 because it's only one person. On the way back the same thing happened but I called the office and she said if there's less than two people it's $15 I said it doesn't say that on the website so she told the driver to just charge me eight. If you're going to have rules and force them if there's going to be stipulations list them. Otherwise it was a good to and from option.

Superb experience. Although there is no longer a hotel shuttle the one that is recommended is EXCELLENT. Inexpensive, quick timely service in a virtually new van with excellent, helpful drivers. You can't ask for a better experience in parking near Fort Lauderdale International Airport.

Booked here for a cruise and even though this site said no shuttle to cruise port, they did take us there for a small fee. We were parked in their outdoor lot for 26 days for a very fair price and returned to our vehicle, just as we left it. Check in with the front desk was very easy.
