Description/ Parking Instructions
Located few miles away from the Salt Lake City International Airport. Free shuttle service to and from airport included with online purchase.
Airport Shuttle is temporarily suspended due to COVID. Airport transportation to/from the parking lot is at your own expense.
Be sure to bring a printed copy of emailed reservation.
Shuttle runs 8 AM - 9 PM every 30 minutes and pickups are on demand. NO SHUTTLE AFTER 9 PM AND UP TO 8 AM.
DO NOT PARK AT THE STAR OF INDIA RESTAURANT OR YOUR CAR WILL BE TOWED. Park in front of building and place your emailed parking receipt (printed) on the dashboard.
Caution: It is important to call the hotel on 801-533-9000 15 minutes prior to your arrival to insure timely airport transfer. If you do not call before arrival, shuttle may not be available for you.

Cancellation Policy
All reservations cannot be changed or cancelled within 24 hours of the parking reservation arrival date. Cancellations can be made prior to the 24-hour window by signing into your account and cancelling any current reservation. Book2park.com applies a 10% cancellation fee to the amount paid for any cancellations. No cancellations will be provided after your reservation date has passed or on the day of your reservation. No refunds will be given for unused or partially used reservations. If your stay extends beyond your reservation dates and times, you may be charged for any additional hours or days that were not paid for when you booked your reservation online. No refund will be issued for any overpayment for days not used. (If your vehicle occupied more than one space, you will be charged an additional fee.)
