If you choose to park outside of shuttle hours, you will be responsible for your transportation (Uber/cab) between the hotel and the airport.
Upon arrival to the hotel, please check in with the hotel front desk before you park your vehicle.
Upon return to airport, please call the hotel front desk at (650)741-4222 to arrange for your shuttle. Once you've received your luggage, proceed to the following ground transportation areas for pick up:
International travel: please stand at Pillar #37 (Across from Gate #16)
Domestic travel: please stand at Pillar #16 (Across from Gate #4)
Airlines suggest arriving at airport 2 hours preflight; be sure to arrive at parking location before this 2 hour window.

All reservations cannot be changed or cancelled within 24 hours of the parking reservation arrival date. Cancellations can be made prior to the 24-hour window by signing into your account and cancelling any current reservation. Book2park.com applies a 10% cancellation fee to the amount paid for any cancellations. No cancellations will be provided after your reservation date has passed or on the day of your reservation. No refunds will be given for unused or partially used reservations. If your stay extends beyond your reservation dates and times, you may be charged for any additional hours or days that were not paid for when you booked your reservation online. No refund will be issued for any overpayment for days not used. (If your vehicle occupied more than one space, you will be charged an additional fee.)
