All reservations cannot be changed or cancelled within 24 hours of the parking reservation arrival date. Cancellations can be made prior to the 24-hour window by signing into your account and cancelling any current reservation. Book2park.com applies a 10% cancellation fee to the amount paid for any cancellations. No cancellations will be provided after your reservation date has passed or on the day of your reservation. No refunds will be given for unused or partially used reservations. If your stay extends beyond your reservation dates and times, you may be charged for any additional hours or days that were not paid for when you booked your reservation online. No refund will be issued for any overpayment for days not used. (If your vehicle occupied more than one space, you will be charged an additional fee.)

It was a little tricky to get into the entrance but once there it was great! We dropped off our car and then you shuttled us to the airport. When we came back we waited only 25 minutes for you to come and get us. The driver (sorry I don't remember his name) was curious and very patient !! He got us back to your parking lot and we got into our car and drove off. I would recommend your parking service very highly!!!!!!
